Peña Station Next

At the Peña Station Next development – a new light-rail station hub and surrounding subdivision – Aldo Consulting provided comprehensive right-of-way infrastructure oversight. We coordinated closely with the developer, Fulenwider , and city agencies to ensure successful construction of roads, sidewalks, and utilities supporting this transit-oriented community. Our involvement helped keep the project moving smoothly from groundbreaking to final sign-off.

For the Avion at Denver Connection community (a mix of multi-family and single-family homes, and townhomes), we managed all right-of-way improvements for the new neighborhood. Working alongside builders Lyon Homes and Taylor Morrison , our team oversaw the installation of streets, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. We ensured each phase met Denver’s standards and inspections, contributing to a seamless build-out of this vibrant community.
