As a native of Colorado and a former Right of Way project Inspector for the City of Denver, I understand the great need for guidance when trying to navigate through this critical phase of your project. With over 20 years of experience, I've had the privilege of overseeing numerous large and small Right of Way infrastructure projects and developments and have established trusting relationships with City municipalities as well as many reputable developers and contractors along the way.

We will assist you on everything from multi-family, retail and commercial developments, ensuring permits, inspections, testing and oversight are being done all the way through to your final acceptance. We understand what the City expects and work hard to keep your reputation with them in tact. We are also a licensed, bonded and insured concrete contractor and have a strong network of other subs we work with or we can work with your contractors as well.
